FINACLE INACCESSIBILITY -SOLUTIONS

Error Message



Solutions:

1.Clear IE cache in FMenu
2.Delete browsing history in Internet Explorer
  • open internet explorer-->safety-->delete browsing history
3.Reset Internet properties
  • open control panel-->network and Internet-->Internet options-->Internet properties-->Advanced-->reset-->Delete personal settings(checked)-->reset
4.Restart the system
 





















If problem persists,check whether "use TLS 1.0", "use TLS 1.1"and "use TLS 1.2", are ticked in
 Internet explorer-->Internet options-->Advanced-->security(last one)



Also check whether "use TLS 1.0", "use TLS 1.1"and "use TLS 1.2", are ticked in
 Control panel-->Java-->Advanced--> Advanced security settings
